Intel sued for monopoly, threats, intimidation and coercion
Saturday, November 7th, 2009 by cybercaronte

Our colleague Macpherson news sent us this pretty interesting. Apparently the Attorney of New York has sued Intel for monopoly, intimidation and threats and coercion (takes longer).
Europe already passed with 1,060 million euros earlier this year, even higher penalty than Microsoft (497 million).
Now Intel is accused of strangling the market and violating antitrust laws by signing major agreements with Dell and HP for the exclusive use of its microprocessors.
Well fine, however how much will be gained using these techniques antimopolio Intel?, Never know.
